However, please know that customer satisfaction is our number one priority at NOMAH PROJECT. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can do the following:
We will provide exchange or returns by store credit only (excluding shipping costs) within 3 days of receipt. All international orders are final sale.
This only applies to unused/unworn merchandise in perfect condition. No exceptions.
How you do it:
Please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning/exchanging items. You will then receive an RA # and address to return package.
We highly recommend to insure package for full retail amount, as we NOMAH PROJECT are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If package is affected by any of the above mentioned circumstances, we will unfortunately not refund/exchange.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any custom orders.
Please know, that all international orders are subject to each country’s import taxes, custom duties, and brokerage fees. Recipient is responsible for paying these fees. NOMAH PROJECT cannot control these charges, and cannot predict them either. Each fee is subject to every country’s policy. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further detailed information on this.
NOMAH PROJECT is not responsible for any extra shipping charges to undeliverable addresses or return to sender fees. If a customer declines to pay duties and leaves package abandoned, we will not be able to provide any sort of refund. Customers should familiarize themselves with their custom policies before placing an order.
